Research activities in our group

Our research program is located in-between educational psychology and cognitive psychology. This approach encompasses all processes of learning and teaching, knowledge acquisition, and knowledge application during the whole span of human life. In this way we hope to do justice to two developments: firstly, the fact that lifelong learning has become ever more necessary in an increasing number of areas, and secondly, the growing importance of new information and communication technologies for learning and teaching.
